Interviews, money, two fuming fullstacks
Phil Ranzhin, a developer, became extremely tired from full-stack routine and burnt out. He decided that he would never become an expert if he concentrated on wide knowledge, and he wrote a post about that at Habr.
Max Arshinov, a developer and IT entrepreneur felt burning from the developers who do not want to learn even the simplest things out of their stack, and he presented his view on this problem, again at Habr.
Phil and Max are both .NET guys, both can do something in other stacks, but have completely different points of view. They will discuss it on air to figure out who is right, or try to reach some agreement. They will also discuss the problems of the industry which arise from this problem.
